Fiscal Responsibility

First I'd like to say Thank You for standing strong.

My question is this.
If I overspend it's my responsibility, Why is it not the Federal Governments responsibility when they overspend? Why does Pelosi Reid and Obama get away with it and push it off on the American People who are trying to do the right thing? Why isn't the first option to charge them with a loss of pay until the Budget is balanced?
