Congressman, Your push to release and sell or share excess spectrum the government controls to the private sector seems very sensible to me. I equate it to the fundamental way our nation should operate as a partnership of government and the people. I also feel the priority of making and keeping America on the front edge of technology and innovation as one of our only hopes for future prosperity. My question is: What can you foresee in the paralyzed state of Congress as a rapid and real solution to releasing these unused assets? Specifically, who do you fell will try to block this?
