To cut to the chase: I am a RN who has just relocated from Minnesota to Lake Wales, FL due to an underwater mtg. It has been extremely difficult to get my Florida RN license and costly too! I can't work without a license. It has been over 30 days since my initial application. I have taken it up with the FL DOH. I am upset that the FL DOH blasts the screen with requests for donations for the nursing shortage - perhaps there wouldn't be such a shortage if the process wasn't so difficult and costly. I am MIFFED!

Do you believe in the U.S. and Florida Constitution? I don't think you do! Article I, section 9, paragraphs 3 and 4 prohibit any "Bill of Attainder"...and laying a tax on only a portion of the taxpayers of a State! You have violated both these U.S. Supreme Laws of our Land. Your placing cuts only upon the backs of the State's Public Workers was contrary to these U.S. Constitutional prohibitions. You and the State Legislature all swore to defend the U.S. Constitution but you have violated your oaths by violating the U.S. Constitution. You all should be impeached!!!

First the TSA and now this HR bill to take any American prisoner by the military without due process. Is this NAZI Germany? Have you read the bill? If you disagree with main stream politics you're at risk of being picked up by the military and detained for an undisclosed period of time. Am I the only one thinking this is not a healthy move by the Senate? Only 7 Senators opposed this bill.

How this for a project? Pick a single State, one for the purpose of the experiment that is either not running a deficit or has a relatively small one and place legislation that balances their budget. Then Immediately refuse to accept Federal Funds across the board. The chosen State would then be allowed to invoke "State's Rights" and I would hope be able to show the rest of the Nation how to shake off the yoke of overburdened Federal Regulation, don't need to enforce EPA, Transportation regs (other than the common sense safety issues). What do you think?

If all politicians want to do what's best for the country, why do they hesitate to pass a straight percentage tax ? This is the only fair way to tax the people, no deductions, no exemptions, NO TAX ATTORNEYS !!!
