No one, President or other, should have the right to KILL Americans (who have not defected) and who have not been tried and found in a court of law to be guilty of a capitol crime. That said, a defected person or one who actively renounces his/her citizenship and is suspected of activity to damage America in any way should expect and be subject to death at the hands of the Military. The President has the duty as well as right to protect the country and every citizen in it . . says me.

Why would you want illegal immigrants to have a drivers license? As it stands now, American citizens has to provide birth certificates for proof that we are citizens. Calling them illegal immigrants has its own reason and needs no validation and we should not allow them to get a drivers license.

Personal identification should be based on the possession of a valid Passport, similar to most of the world's governments. Only the Federal Government can issue a US passport. Legal citizens never know exactly what a State government, like CA, will do with their issuance of drivers licenses.
