Why it that the Political Hierarchy and Political Leaders deciding Laws and Legislations before the American Public can "EXPRESS THEIR TRUE and HONEST OPINIONS FIRST"?
Example is the Senate's "GANG OF EIGHT", with all types of offers and interferences from Lobbist and Monies, Actually and Truthfully "REPRESENT" the 300 Million People in America, "WITHOUT ASKING AMERICA FIRST", what America thinks and wants. It's Perfectly Clear what the Political Party Leadership WANTS! " BUT IT ISN'T TRUE FOR THE AMERICAN PUBLIC"!

The American Elected Government in Washington DC has evolved into a Government "FOR" the Government's BENEFIT. Legislation and Laws are being duplicated over and over each day and it seems mostly because the Laws "ALREADY WRITTEN" are being NEGLECTED and IGNORED.
Immigration for example! Had the Government "ACTUALLY ASKED and INCLUDED" the Public's VIEWS and SOLUTIONS in the "FIRST PLACE", This Government "WOULDN"T BE THROWING MONIES AWAY FOOLISHLY", by "JUST SIMPLY FOLLOWING THE ALREADY WRITTEN LAWS!
Why does the Government choose New Laws instead of ENFORCEMENT"??

I have called written, and e-mailed my Congressman, Senators and the White House to ask a simple question, so far no responses from any of them. I have asked Reid's office as well, and still no response. The silence has been deafening.
My question is this...
"I have been a gun owner for over 40 years, I've never violated the law, I served 22 years in uniform defending the Constitution, the only time I ever sought to do harm with a firearm, was under the orders of the very people who now seek to deny me rights under the Constitution. So why do they seek to deny me these rights now?

Easy answer; they do not seek to deny you those rights at all, in any way.
Remember when you used to be able to drive your car without insurance? Remember when that law changed? Do you remember WHY it changed?
Same type of issue. Use your brains.

We all know that taxpayer dollars are wasted on a daily basis by the government. Can you give me an example of a specific situation where my taxes are being used unwisely and tell me what can be done to reduce the wasteful spending by the government.

Yes I can give an example; Here at the DFAS Center in Lawrence Indiana (Indianapolis) Under the stimulus progress, GSA spent 25 Million to put in solar panels to save energy in the heating of hot water. All lavatories had instant heat adapters, well, those are still there, the hot water heater are gone, but they were useless except in the cafeteria's kitchen as the hot water cools before it reach the facets in the lavatories unless you ran the water for 2-3 minutes, hence the point serves adapter, still does cools so the adapters remain The GSA IG did not respond to my report. Dear Rep. Mica, considering Carnival Triumph 'cruise from hell,' what can Congress do better regulate the industry and should ships that primarily serve Americans and use U.S. ports be required to register under a U.S. flag?

Chairman Mica, the episode at Reagan is a symptom of a larger systemic
problem at the FAA. At the Washington Guardian we just reported that
an anonymous complaint program that FAA set up to let air traffic
controllers identify safety risks resulted in 41,000 complaints in
one year but almost none had to do with safety. Instead they focused
on petty scores and employee disputes. What do you think is wrong with
FAA culturally and systemically and how would you fix it?
